Alliance for Justice
The Alliance strengthens the ability of the nonprofit sector to participate effectively in public policy debates. Support was also directed to efforts to help maintain a fair and independent judiciary.

Media Access Project
Media Access Project is a nonprofit law firm representing the public’s interest on media issues in the courts, before the Federal Communications Commission and in the press. MAP advocates and promotes First Amendment rights in new and old technologies, and has been active in the fight against media concentration and in support of fair and balanced election coverage and democratic technologies such as low power FM radio stations and open-access Internet.

National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy
National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy strengthens the nonprofit sector by promoting greater philanthropic openness and accountability. Support was provided to educate grantmakers and nonprofit organizations about conservative philanthropic strategies.

Progressive Technology Project
This collaborative organization builds the capacity of progressive grassroots organizations in the effective use of new technologies. Support was provided to develop and launch PTP, as well as to underwrite ongoing programs.
